This is a 30 year old space that had previously been a restaurant and has been empty for several years. It is time for a change. It is time to convert this 6500 square foot space into the largest unit for a Family Sports Pub restaurant chain.

As you can see we have opened up the previously closed plan and developed a contemporary Irish Sports Pub. We have developed a palette with rich walnut wood tones, warm yellow and green hues on the walls, and complimented the space with a variety of sports memorabilia. This will certainly be everyone’s favorite destination for any big game.
